About The Role
The Administration Assistant is responsible for supporting our fantastic team of Migration Agents.
- Working closely with, and providing overall administrative support to, our registered migration agents
- Shadowing experienced migration agents and helping them review migration-related applications
- Providing customer service to existing customers (including: answering basic inquiries, requesting documents etc.) and prospective customers (e.g. helping them book in consultations)
- Preparing documents (e.g. document checklists, visa application forms, submission letters etc.)
- Client case management (e.g. managing case notes and timelines)
About You
The key skills and behaviors that make a truly great Administration Assistant, and what we are looking for are:
- A high level of attention to detail
- Experience within an administrative / data entry requiring a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for helping others
- A positive can-do attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Well organised and a methodical approach to work
- Team player
- You must be based in Australia
