187 VISA – Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS) – Direct Entry Stream	see details	This fee ranges from $0 – $750 and is payable directly to the Regional Certification Board in the relevant region. Some RSMS Direct Entry applicants need to undertake a skill assessment as part of the application process.
English test (if required)	Approx. $475	This fee is payable directly to the English testing centre.
Medical Examination	Approx. $400-$450 per person	This fee is payable for each person included in your application and must be paid directly to the doctor conducting your examination.
