The Main Duties/Responsibilities:
  • To counsel and assist students to make best-informed decisions;
  • To develop and enhance the counselling services;
  • To follow up on student enquiry / application / acceptance;
  • Providing customer service to existing customers (including: answering basic inquiries, requesting documents etc.) and prospective customers (e.g. helping them book in consultations)
  • Preparing documents (e.g. document checklists, visa application forms, submission letters etc.)
  • Client case management (e.g. managing case notes and timelines)

Qualifications, skills and experience
  • Previous education or migration related experience.
  • Fluent English
  • Australian PR or Citizen
  • Hold a Qualified Education Agent Counsellor (QEAC) license
