The Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- To counsel and assist students to make best-informed decisions;
- To develop and enhance the counselling services;
- To follow up on student enquiry / application / acceptance;
- Providing customer service to existing customers (including: answering basic inquiries, requesting documents etc.) and prospective customers (e.g. helping them book in consultations)
- Preparing documents (e.g. document checklists, visa application forms, submission letters etc.)
- Client case management (e.g. managing case notes and timelines)

Qualifications, skills and experience
- Previous education or migration related experience.
- Fluent English
- Australian PR or Citizen
- Hold a Qualified Education Agent Counsellor (QEAC) license
