1. Your occupation is on the ACT Critical Skills List below – Medical Professionals List
2. Must be living in Canberra for the last 6 months and continue until the date of invitation
3. Must be working in Canberra for at least 6 months (min. 35 hours per week)
4. Have ‘Proficient’ or ‘Superior’ English

Subclass 190 – Overseas Applicant

1. Your occupation is on the ACT Critical Skills List below – Medical Professionals List
2. Must be living overseas for at least 12 months
3. Must have a job offer in your nominated occupation from a medium to a large Australian enterprise (50+ employees). Your offered position must be located in Canberra and be available for at least 2 years
4. Have ‘Proficient’ or ‘Superior’ English

Subclass 491 – Canberra Resident Applicant

1. Your occupation is on the ACT Critical Skills List below – Medical Professionals List
2. Must be living in Canberra for the last 3 months and continue until the date of invitation
3. Must be working in Canberra for at least 3 months (min. 20 hours per week)
4. Have ‘Proficient’ or ‘Superior’ English

Subclass 491 – Overseas Applicant

1. Your occupation is on the ACT Critical Skills List below – Medical Professionals List
2. Must be living overseas for at least 12 months
3. Must be working full-time in your nominated occupation for the last 12 months
4. Have ‘Proficient’ or ‘Superior’ English
