The estimate timeframe for service described above will be delivered during the scheduled consultation session (approximately 45 minutes, unless otherwise agreed by the registered migration agent during the consultation.

The services to be performed under this Agreement EXCLUDE:
• Preparing or lodging an Expression of Interest or any type of application, for example (but not limited to) a sponsorship, nomination, visa or skills assessment application
• Acting as an authorised representative for any existing application, or for any new application to be lodged (including review applications)
• Professional services required by changes in immigration law or policy after this Agreement has been signed by both parties
• Professional services required in response to a court order, subpoena or other legal process for the production of documents or testimony relating to information obtained or prepared under the Agreement

I have been given the opportunity to:
• carefully read these documents in full and in my own time;
• have any matters contained in these documents explained or clarified;
• have these documents translated into my language of choice by a qualified, independent translator, at my own expense.

I have been advised that should I wish to seek independent legal advice about this Agreement or any of the other documents referred to above, I should do so before signing this acknowledgement of understanding.

I authorise the Responsible Person(s) to act on my behalf in performing services under this Agreement.

I acknowledge that I am contractually bound by this Agreement, and that I am personally liable for all fees for services performed in accordance with this Agreement.

I sign this acknowledgement of understanding of my own volition and choice.
