How to lodge an application 如何提交签证申请

Visa applicants must apply for the Visitor (subclass 600) visa electronically through the Department of Home Affairs’ (Home Affairs) ImmiAccount portal.

签证申请人必须通过移民局(Home Affairs)的 ImmiAccount 网站在线申请 Visitor (subclass 600) 访客签证。进入网站请点击这里 ImmiAccount

What documents are required to provide 申请者需要提供哪些信息

  • Passport 护照
  • Address, Phone number and Email address 地址,电话和邮箱
  • Current Employment details 当前工作详情
  • Previous travel history to Australia (if available) 曾经前往澳大利亚的旅行记录(如有)
  • Current asset status and current income evidence 国内资产状态与当前收入证明
  • Health and Character Declaration 健康和品行声明

Cost 费用

AUD 195 per applicant (195 澳币/每位申请者)

Important 重要提示

It is strongly recommended that applicants apply 6-8 weeks of their intended travel dates of travel to ensure timely visa processing.

Home Affairs cannot guarantee that a visa will be finalised in time for the event if there are delays in lodging an application for a subclass 600 Visitor visa, or where an applicant does not respond to a request for further information in a timely manner.

Step 1 – Log into your ImmiAccount 登录你的ImmiAccount账户

Note: Each person travelling to Australia must submit a separate visitor visa application.

Log into your ImmiAccount (If this is your first time logging in, please create a new ImmiAccount.)

Click ‘Continue’ 继续

Step 2 – Applying for a Visitor Visa subclass 600 选择签证类型

Click ‘New application’

Choose ‘Visitor’ – Click ‘Visitor Visa (600)’

Step 3 – Providing personal information 填写个人信息

Select the checkbox to indicate that you accept the terms and conditions and click ‘Next’

打勾以表明您接受条款和条件,然后单击 Next 下一步

Confirm that you are Outside Australia by selecting ‘yes’ and click next. 选择 ‘yes’ 确认您在澳大利亚境外

Purpose of stay –  ‘Business Visitor stream’

List all reasons for visiting Australia – ‘Business’

Give details of any significant dates on which the applicant needs to be in Australia:

To attend the Lenovo Asia Pacific President’s Club annual conference from 30 Aug 2024 to 2 Sep 2024.
Please refer to the attached ‘Host Letter of invitation’

Visa history 签证历史:

The Priority Consideration service is a premium service providing priority processing to certain Visitor visa (subclass 600) applicants for an additional fee of Australian dollar (AUD) 1000. For further details see Priority Consideration (fast-track) service.

Step 4 – Attach / Upload documents 上传文件

As the visa applicant, you must ensure to attach required documents as indicated below. Instructions on how to attach documents to the visa application can be found via the following link:

Note: If unable to attach all documents, click on ‘Next’ button and on the pop up screen provide a reason why the documentation has not been attached. Department of Home Affairs may decide the visa application with the information provided at the time it is lodged, so it is recommended that you provide all the required documentation when submitting a visa application.

Step 5 – Submit Application 提交申请

If you are submitting your visa for the first time, you will receive a verification email in your mailbox, you will need to open it and click – Confirm
如果是第一次递交签证,您的邮箱会收到一封验证邮件,您需要点开它并点击 – 确认

Click on ‘submit now’ and you can now pay and submit the visa application for processing.
最后,点击 Submit Now,您现在可以付款了。

The fee is $195. A Credit card may surcharges. After successful submitted, an email named “IMMI Acknowledgement of Application Received” will be sent to your mailbox within a short time, which means that your application has been successfully submitted. Next, please wait patiently for the visa result.

Once visa lodged, the current service standard for Visitor visa (subclass 600) Business Visitor from the Department of Home Affairs is 0 to 14 days from time of lodgement to time of decision. This may vary and is at the discretion of the Department. The applicant will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
