The purpose of the EOI checking service is:
  • for us to list and ask questions to learn the details about your immigration situation and carefully assess your eligibility and EOI accuracy. This assessment is provided based on information you provide.
  • to identify relevant immigration options or programs, and to assist you in making informed decisions about appropriate next steps, if any, to provide tailored advice and information on eligibility requirements, advocacy and procedures.
  • Advice on the visa pathways for your immigration goals and strategies to help you achieve a desired immigration outcome
  • Pros and Cons of each option as well as possible risks
  • An outline of the main stages in the application process
  • An indicative processing time and cost for each option
Required Information to check your EOI and accuracy of points claimed 

You must provide us with the below information at least 24 hours before your meeting. Please send the below to [email protected]:

  • Your CV
  • Submitted EOI form
  • Qualifications (and transcripts if available)
  • Work reference letters (if available)
  • Skills assessment letter
  • Your most recent Australian visa approval letter (if applicable)
  • Advise whether you or any other person included in your application has any health or character (criminal) issues
  • English test scores in each band (if applicable)
  • A short summary of your situation including your visa history in Australia (if applicable)
  • Partner’s CV and date of birth (if applicable), Qualifications, work reference letters, skills assessment result and English results

Payment
Payment is made immediately upon requesting for this service through our website and via Square. In ordering this service you agree to pay a non-refundable fee before the meeting.

Rescheduling
With notice of 12 hours or more, you will be able to reschedule your consultation through our online booking system. With less than 12 hours notice, please call our office on 03 9521 7577 to reschedule your appointment to a suitable time.

Cancellations
Cancellations incur a $50 administration fee.

Lateness and No Shows
In the event that you are late to your appointment, we do not guarantee that you will receive the full duration of your consultation. If you miss your appointment we will not issue a refund but we will try our best to reschedule it for you.

Duty to keep client files for 7 years

A migration agent has a duty under the Code of Conduct in relation to a client/appointment file and must take all reasonable steps to ensure that the client/appointment file is kept for a period of 7 years after the last action on the file for the relevant client. We therefore cannot delete your files from our systems upon your request however the information you share with us is confidential and your data is secure.

Duty of confidentiality

We will not disclose, or allow to be disclosed, to a third person any personal information relating to your matter (except as required by a law of the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory) without your written consent.
