Victoria
Our Melbourne office will be reopening for face-to-face appointments and can be booked here.
Note: If you have a face-to-face appointment you will be asked to provide proof of Australian Government COVID-19 Digital Immunisation Certificate/s prior to your meeting.
If you have symptoms of COVID-19, please let us know by calling 03 9521 7577 or email [email protected] so we can arrange a video meeting for you.
Since the start of the pandemic, the safety of our team and applicants has been at the core of everything we do and our strong COVID-safe protocols will remain in place across our offices. This includes extensive physical distancing measures, mandatory face masks indoors, checking in requirements, security to help monitor compliance and the capping of consultation numbers to maintain density limits.
Applicants are encouraged to book video meetings where possible instead of face-to-face meetings. Video or phone appointments can be booked here.

NSW
In line with the next steps in the state government roadmap, our office in NSW is now open for applicants to book face to face meetings. Availability of face-to-face appointments for the Parramatta office can be seen here.
Applicants are encouraged to book video meetings where possible instead of face-to-face meetings. Video or phone appointments with the Sydney office can be booked here.
