Consultation Policy
Please ensure you have read our Consultation Policy, the Migration Agent’s Code of Conduct and Consumer Guide before booking time.
To book a consultation please see here. Cancellations incur a $50 admin fee.
Please contact us on +61 (03) 9521 7577 if you have any questions on making a booking.
The purpose of the initial consultation
- is for us to list and ask questions to learn the details about your immigration situation and carefully assess your eligibility and pathways. This assessment is provided based on information you provide.
- to identify relevant immigration options or programs, and to assist you in making informed decisions about appropriate next steps, if any, to provide tailored advice and information on eligibility requirements, advocacy and procedures.
- Advice on the visa pathways for your immigration goals and strategies to help you achieve a desired immigration outcome
- Pros and Cons of each option as well as possible risks
- An outline of the main stages in the application process
- An indicative processing time and cost for each option
- The consultation is not designed to go through your application forms or to check your documents.
- We generally do not provide advice on lodged applications as it would likely require going through your documentation and forms. Please email [email protected] if you are in this situation and we will respond whether we can assist.
Follow up questions (after the initial consultation)
We invite follow up questions that are within the scope of the matters discussed during the consultation. We do this to ensure maximum value to you. However, given the complex nature of Australian migration law, we are rarely able to answer all of your questions without the answers potentially generating more questions. This is where the scope of the follow up ends and we request you consider booking a subsequent consultation.

Offshore skilled visa applicants
Considering the current points required for Skilled visas, generally, it may be difficult obtaining direct permanent residency through a Skilled visa however if you have an employer willing to employ and sponsor you in Australia it may be possible to obtain a work visa and to apply for a permanent visa if you meet certain criteria.
You may also be eligible for the 491 visa (state-sponsored regional visa), however most states require some sort of link to the state such as study or job offer from their state (please see 190 state requirements here and 491 here) or have an eligible family willing to sponsor you.
