Corporate Responsibility

Corporate Responsibility
TEST- At VisaEnvoy, how we work matters as much as the work we do. We are committed to the health, safety and wellbeing of our people, to environmentally responsible practice, and to ethical conduct across our business and supply chain. The policies below set out these commitments. They are approved by our Director, reviewed at least annually, and apply to everyone who works with us.
Work Health & Safety
The safety of our people, clients and visitors comes first. Our work health and safety framework complies with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (Vic) and supporting regulations, including Victoria’s psychological health regulations, and is built around consultation, prevention and continuous improvement.

Environment & Sustainability
As a digital-first professional services firm, we work to keep our environmental footprint small — minimising paper through electronic client files and online lodgement, reducing energy use and waste, favouring sustainable procurement, and reviewing our performance against measurable objectives each year.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
We are committed to a workplace where everyone is treated with fairness, dignity and respect. Our people and clients come from a wide range of backgrounds, and we provide equal opportunity in employment, do not tolerate discrimination, harassment or bullying, and support flexible working and reasonable adjustments.
Ethical Sourcing & Labour Standards
We do not tolerate child labour, forced labour or modern slavery — in our own operations or in our supply chain. All of our people are directly employed in Australia under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth). Our suppliers and sub-contractors are required to adhere to our Supplier Code of Conduct as a condition of doing business with us, and we monitor and enforce compliance, up to and including termination of any engagement involving child or forced labour. We hold ourselves to the same standards we ask of our suppliers: we have zero tolerance for fraud, bribery and corruption in any form, and anyone — staff, suppliers or external parties — can raise concerns confidentially and without fear of reprisal under our Whistleblowing Policy.
