- Assisting with propagating, planting and potting seeds, seedlings and rooted cuttings
- Monitoring plants for healthy growth and potential weed, insect, disease, and fertiliser problems
- Tending plants by watering and weeding
- Adjusting mist irrigation systems, shade and ventilation
