You may be able to sponsor your parents to become a permanent residents of Australia if you’re at least 18 years old and an:

Australian citizen or
permanent resident of Australia

If you sponsor your parents to come to Australia as a permanent resident, you must:

support them financially.
make sure they don’t need social assistance from the government
have a certain amount of income to support yourself and those of your parents
