Below is a list of Australia migration agent fees (VisaEnvoy) and the Department of Immigration visa fees. We can act on your behalf in your application for an Australian visa, for which we charge a professional fee.
Professional fees will vary depending on which visa type you apply for, and may also vary depending on your individual circumstances.
During your initial consultation, your advisor will provide a detailed quote of the professional and immigration fees.

***Our initial and hourly consultation meetings include GST (Advice and assistance for all initial and hourly consultation terminate after the consultation. Ongoing professional assistance only attaches to other listed matters.).
The actual professional costs applicable to a particular case will be confirmed only after the first/initial consultation with your consultant. VisaEnvoy fees are reasonable but we do reserve the right to charge fees outside the above table, without notice.
DISBURSEMENT AND OTHER ADDITIONAL FEES PAYABLE BY THE CLIENT
There will be other additional fees (such as immigration visa application fee, tribunal application fee, medical, police checks, skills assessment, translation and interpreting fees, etc.) payable to the relevant authority depending on the type of application.
Consultation Fees
To get detailed advice on your situation, you can book a consultation through our website. We generally conduct consultations face-to-face, but can also do these via phone or skype. The consultation lasts for 45 minutes, during which you will receive:
- Details of the visa options which are most suitable for you
- Information on the criteria for each of these visa types
- Any critical dates which might apply in your case
- Main stages of the application process
- Costs and indicative processing time for the application.
The cost of the consultation is $150. The consultation fee may be credited towards your professional fees with us if you engage VisaEnvoy to assist with your visa application.

Before making a payment to us at VisaEnvoy, please review our refund policy below.
As our consultation service is in high demand, we generally do not offer refunds for cancelled appointments. However, if you give us 24 hours’ notice, we are more than happy to credit paid fees towards rescheduling another consultation at a suitable time and date.
We do take exceptional circumstances into consideration should something happen that is outside of your control and will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.

When you engage VisaEnvoy to act on your behalf in an immigration matter, we provide you with a comprehensive and professional service. Our team starts working on your case straight away, providing you with document lists, form completion and giving you ongoing advice through the whole process.
Due to the amount of work that is performed on cases from the start, we generally do not offer refunds on professional fees paid to VisaEnvoy. However, in particular circumstances we will gladly offer a credit of the paid services fees to go towards future applications you may lodge with us at VisaEnvoy.
