Jo spent her childhood in Hong Kong but is originally from the UK, migrating to Australia as a Registered Nurse. She studied arts, mental health nursing and psychotherapy before coming to migration law. Jo has 30 years’ experience working in health services in the UK and Australia, most recently in health workforce roles with a focus on international recruitment.  She lives in Tasmania where she enjoys time negotiating with her Clydesdale X horse on her days off.
